Mark Benjamin, President  |

Mark Benjamin is the President of ADP TotalSource overseeing the PEO business. He is based at the company's Miami headquarters.
Before being named to his current position, Mark served as Senior Vice President of national sales after holding the position of Chief Operating Officer of ADP TotalSource, with overall responsibility for divisional operations. Previously, he served as area president of ADP TotalSource's South and West regions, which include Georgia, Texas, Colorado and Arizona. He also served as the company’s vice president of sales operations; in that capacity, he managed the national sales force.
Mark joined ADP in 1992 as a payroll service salesperson and was promoted to director of sales for ADP's PEO division after three years. Additionally, he was responsible for opening the ADP offices and managing the company's growth in Miami, Chicago and Atlanta. He holds a bachelor’s degree in international finance and marketing from the University of Miami.

Sergio Fernandez, Vice President Risk Management  |

Sergio Fernandez is Vice President of Risk Management for ADP TotalSource. He is based at the company's Miami headquarters.
As Vice President of Risk Management, Sergio oversees ADP TotalSource Workers Compensation program including claims handling and program administration. He is the principal contact with ADP TotalSource Workers' Compensation Insurance Carrier. In addition, he is responsible for our State Unemployment Program and client acceptance process.
Previously, Sergio was CFO of ADP TotalSource and ADP Brokerage Services Group. Before joining ADP TotalSource, Sergio was an audit partner at Deloitte Haskins and Sells (currently Deloitte) in Miami. He was previously president of a $300 million savings and loan association and a $200 million property and casualty insurance company.
A certified public accountant licensed in Florida, Sergio is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He is a former board member of the Easter Seals Society and member of the allocation committee of the United Way of Miami-Dade County. In addition to his CPA license, Sergio holds a bachelors degree in accounting from the University of Miami.

John Ayala, Senior Vice President of Service and Operations  |

John Ayala is senior vice president of service and operations for ADP TotalSource. He is based in the company's Miami headquarters.
Before his promotion, John was General Manager of the West Region. Previously, he was vice president of operations for the company's Florida region. During his eleven years with ADP, he has served in several operations and service roles. He has 17 years of service and operations experience, including building and managing operations centers for two PEOs prior to joining ADP TotalSource.
John holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Park University in Parkville, Missouri and a master's degree in business administration from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Phillip E. Dzialo, General Manager, Northeast Region  |
|
Phillip E. Dzialo is the general manager of the Northeast region, where he oversees ADP TotalSource's operations in New Hampshire, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania and Connecticut. He is based in Parsippany, New Jersey.
A 22-year veteran of ADP, Phil brings invaluable experience to ADP TotalSource. Phil previously served as vice president of the Employer Services National Accounts Division, the largest service center within National Account Services. In this role, Phil created and implemented service initiatives that improved client satisfaction levels by 39 points and achieved 23 consecutive quarters of year-over-year improvement.
Prior to this, Phil served as the Director of Unemployment Compensation Services (UCS), ADP's largest UCS processing center. Before this, Phil was an implementation manager for ADP's Employer Services division.
Phil holds a master's degree, with honors, in finance and management information systems, and a bachelor’s degree in finance from Fordham University.

Don Wesley, General Manager, South Region  |

Don Wesley is general manager of the south region, where he oversees ADP TotalSource’s Texas and Georgia operations.
Don previously served as the vice president of operations and services of the company’s south region, where he was instrumental in growing customer satisfaction and retention. A 28-year veteran of ADP, Don has served in several operations and service roles, including vice president of operations, client relations executive and branch manager.

Dawn Amat, General Manager, Florida Region  |

Dawn Amat is general manager of the Florida region, where she oversees ADP TotalSource’s operations in Florida, North Carolina, and South Carolina. She is based in the company’s Miami headquarters.
Dawn previously served as the vice president of client service for ADP TotalSource of the company’s Florida region, where she was instrumental in growing customer satisfaction and retention.
Prior to joining ADP TotalSource, Dawn served in operational roles at both BearingPoint, Inc. and Arthur Andersen LLP. She was responsible for management of the human resources, finance, training, resource and the revenue management departments. Before this, she worked as an auditor in the assurance division of Arthur Andersen LLP.Dawn holds a master’s degree in accounting from Florida International University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Miami.

John Rocholl, General Manager, Midwest Region  |

John Rocholl is general manager of the Midwest region, where he oversees ADP TotalSource’s operations in Michigan, Missouri, Illinois, Kansas, Wisconsin and Ohio. He is based in the company’s Novi, MI facility.
John previously worked in client services for ADP TotalSource for the Midwest region, where he was instrumental in growing customer satisfaction and retention.
Prior to joining ADP TotalSource, John was vice president of Human Resources with Kmart Corporation, where he was responsible for the human resources functions for their stores, distribution centers and headquarters. Prior to this assignment, John held numerous human resources and operational positions at the store, district and regional level, as well as in the company headquarters during his 19 year tenure with the retailer.
John holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Central Michigan University.

Maria Black, General Manager, West Region  |

Maria Black is the general manager of the West region, where she oversees ADP TotalSource’s operations in Arizona, California, Colorado and Utah. She is based in the company’s Denver, Colorado facility.
Maria previously served as the vice president of client services for ADP TotalSource in the company’s Western region, where she was responsible for client retention and all aspects of the client renewal process including negotiating contracts and re-engineering account management practices. Over the years, Maria held several positions with ADP TotalSource including director of sales, area district manager and sales manager.
In addition to her experience with ADP TotalSource, Maria was a sales executive with Egain Communications in Sunnyvale, California and a sales executive with Global Commerce Systems in Denver, Colorado.
Maria holds a bachelor’s degree in international affairs and political science from the University of Colorado.

Chuck Lane, Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Information Technology  |

Chuck Lane is chief information officer and vice president of information technology of ADP TotalSource. He is based in the company’s Atlanta, Georgia facility.
Chuck oversees the company's proprietary information systems, including the CSS HRizon Human Resource Management System (HRMS) and related Internet products. He is also responsible for all other information-technology services provided to internal associates, client companies and worksite employees.
Before joining ADP's TotalSource division, Chuck served in a variety of positions during his 25-year career with ADP. He spent the previous 11 years developing payroll products and information-technology systems on multiple platforms. Before this, he worked in both the sales and operations areas. Chuck has completed graduate work in computer technology and mathematics and holds a bachelors degree in mathematics from Western Michigan University.

Rita Mitjans, Division Vice President, Benefits Services  |

Rita Mitjans is division vice president, benefits services for ADP TotalSource. She is based in the company’s Miami headquarters.
She has a diverse background in investor relations, marketing and sales, both in the United States and internationally. As division vice president, Rita oversees the health and welfare benefits program for TotalSource, including strategy, vendor selection and negotiation, renewals, product development and centralized field operation support functions such as benefits billing and reconciliation, compliance and systems. She works closely with the sales, operations and our benefits carriers to achieve TotalSource's profitability and market objectives of becoming the premier PEO in the industry. In her prior role with TotalSource, Rita was also responsible for leading a major new business initiative that launched ADP Resource®, a new offering that expands ADP’s market opportunity in the area of HR outsourcing to small and mid sized businesses. Prior to this role, Rita led the divisions' strategic planning and marketing function.
Before joining ADP TotalSource, she spent 10 years in a variety of positions at Bankers Trust Company and Deutsche Bank AG after it acquired Bankers Trust in 1999. She served as director of new business development, and was responsible for the development and execution of business plans, valuation analysis and due diligence reviews. Rita spent two years as a principal in investor relations and previously held positions in sales and marketing for the bank's escrow and tax insurance trust businesses.
Before joining Bankers Trust, she was a district sales manager with Hopper Paper Company, a division of Georgia-Pacific Corporation in Darien, Conn.
She holds a master's degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration and a bachelor's degree, summa cum laude, from St. John's University.

Amer Akhtar, General Manager, ADP Resource  |

Amer Akhtar is General Manager for ADP Resource, an outsourced bundled HR services and technology business for small and medium enterprises.
As General Manager, Amer is responsible for growing this business and oversees all operations for Resource. He has responsibility for achieving the sales and revenue targets and for ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention. He is based in the company’s Atlanta offices.
Amer was previously Division Vice President of Marketing and Strategy for ADP TotalSource where he was responsible for growth strategy initiatives, business development and both inbound and outbound marketing.
Before joining ADP, Amer spent 3 years with Investor Growth Capital, a venture capital firm in Silicon Valley. Amer invested in Software and Services companies, and was responsible for setting investment strategy, sourcing and executing deals, and managing the investments at the board level. He also led the wireless business development team at Vicinity Corporation, a venture funded startup that he helped grow into a public company. Amer has also worked as a product manager for Microsoft Corporation and as a strategy consultant to Fortune 500 companies with Braxton Associates, where he advised clients on growth and M&A strategies.
Amer earned his MBA from Dartmouth’s Amos Tuck School of Business and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and B.S. in Computer Science from Lafayette College.

Magin Perez, Division Vice President, Operations  |

Magin Perez is division vice president of operations for ADP TotalSource. He is based in the company’s Miami, Florida facility.
Magin is responsible for centralized Client Shared Services. The service areas under his management are client implementation, payroll, tax and billing operations, 401(k) program, human resource services, client recruiting, client technology services, and the national Employee Service Center. In addition, he oversees the organization’s product and vendor deployment and management, service quality management, and operational integration and standardization efforts for the company's five regions.
Before this position, Magin was chief information officer and vice president of technology, overseeing all IT and operational improvements, with The Vincam Group, which was acquired by ADP TotalSource in 1999. Before this, he worked as a consultant with Anderson Consulting and as a manufacturing and design engineer with General Dynamics. .
Magin holds a masters degree in business administration from the University of Texas at Austin and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Florida.

William F. Cueto, Esq, Division Counsel  |

William Cueto is Division Counsel of ADP TotalSource and Vice President of Legal Affairs. William has been with the Company for 12 years.
In his position, William oversees corporate transactions, compliance management, industry matters, contract management, and other legal and business matters.
William is a member of the Florida Bar Association and the Association of Corporate Counsel. He has also served as President and Pro Bono Chair of the Association of Corporate Counsel-South Florida Chapter.
William holds a law degree from St. Thomas University in Miami, Florida, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia.

Cecilia F. Renn, Vice President of Government & Regulatory Affairs  |

Cecilia F. Renn currently is the vice president of government & regulatory affairs for ADP TotalSource. She is based in Tallahassee, Florida.
Cecilia began working with the PEO industry in 1994 as a government and regulatory consultant to The Vincam Group, later joining the Vincam staff in 1996. She serves on numerous industry boards and committees, including FAPEO (Vice President, 1998-2000), GAPEO (Co-chair, legislative Committee), COPEO (Board of Directors), and NAPEO (Chair, Workers' Compensation Subcommittee).
Cecilia received her juris doctorate, cum laude, in 1987 from the University of Miami College of Law. She is an undergraduate alumnus of Florida State University and graduate alumnus of the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. She began practicing law in the commercial litigation department at Steel Hector & Davis in Miami, Florida. In 1991, she was appointed general counsel to the Florida Department of Labor & Employment Security and served as chief technical advisor to Governor Lawton Chiles on workers' compensation and insurance related issues, authoring legislation for Governor Chiles that formed the cornerstone of the Florida Workers' Compensation Reform Act of 1993.
In recognition of her reform efforts, Cecilia was one of 36 people nationwide to receive the prestigious Toll fellowship from the Council of State Governments. In 1994, she accepted the position of vice president and general counsel to Associated Industries of Florida Service Corporation before opening her own government and regulatory practice. Cecilia has been an instructor for the adjuster board certification program sponsored by the Association of Workers' Compensation Claims Professionals, and a member of the Employer Advisory Group to the Florida Division of Workers' Compensation and has authored various articles on the PEO industry.

Wendy E. Wolf, Vice President, Government Affairs - Eastern Division  |

Wendy Wolf, Esq., is Vice President, Government Affairs of ADP TotalSource. As the firm’s lead lobbyist for the Eastern Division, she oversees he government affairs activities for all clients from Michigan to Massachusetts to Georgia.
Her responsibilities include managing legislative and regulatory issues that impact ADP TotalSource. Working closely with the ADP TotalSource management team as well as legislatures and administrative agencies, she monitors government affairs issues and develops appropriate legislative strategies to promote the company’s business opportunities.
Previously, Wendy served as the Vice President of Government Affairs for a leading government relations firm in Trenton, NJ. During this time she represented the New Jersey Association of Professional Employer Organizations and succeeded in attaining enactment of a registration bill for PEOs in New Jersey.
Wendy has also served as the Director of Government Relations for the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Before that, she was Assistant Director of the Office of Governmental Affairs, New Jersey Department of Higher Education and Deputy Assistant Counsel, Office of the Counsel to the Governor.
Wendy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers College and a Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law. She was admitted to practice before the New Jersey Bar in 1983.
Wendy currently serves on the Board of the United Way of Hunterdon County, New Jersey and is a co-chair of the Public Relations and Marketing Committee. She has also served as the Chair of the Governor’s School of the Arts Board of Trustees and as a member of the Delaware Township Board of Adjustment.
